This is a great bumper sticker and quote, “be the change you want to see in the world…” Yet, I believe so many of us vastly underestimate the power in this idea. It is so easy to see problems and difficulties that exist, it is not nearly as easy to come up with answers to those problems and to implement them in our own lives FIRST.

No matter how large a change may be it always starts small. Find the smallest action that you can make towards the change and make it in yourself. People are watching what we DO way more than what we SAY today. There has simply been too much noise for many people to be able to accurately discern the truth from the false so they have started instead to intensely watch what we do.

Lets do the things in our lives that can bring about the changes we want to see in the world. This is the essence of leadership. This is the essence of creating and innovating towards greater possibilities in our lives and in the lives of others.
