Never underestimate the power of belief. All the time people ask me, “do you think I can do this”; “do you think we can do that.” Assuming the idea is legal and ethical, I typically respond with “of course you can.” Just one look at the vast possibilities realized in the past 20 years alone gives me confidence that just about anything can happen.

Then when something great happens…when someone offers you your dream role, more money than you’ve ever made before, an opportunity of a lifetime, or whatever dream you may have; think to yourself, “of course!”

Work intentionally today to harness a possibility mindset. Not just towards your dreams but also towards the dreams of others. Our Seattle Seahawks quarterback’s father used to tell him, “why not you, Russ?” Genius. Tell your kids that they have great ideas (no matter how silly they may seem). Somewhere in the back of my head is the opening scene from the movie, “Pretty Woman,” where the guy says to people passing by… “Welcome to Hollywood, what’s your dream?!”

Simply put: Dream. Believe. Get. After. It.
