A hallmark of a great leader is the ability to prioritize effectively. Not all tasks that seem urgent have the same level of importance.

Analyze the tasks that will actually move the needle. Take time each morning to put your day down on paper as you visualize the most important activities being accomplished. This will prove to be a major advantage to progress.

I like to say, get a hold of the day before the day gets a hold of you.
