This month is a PALINDROME month—there are a bunch this month! Today is a palindrome…12-1-21. Our oldest daughter, Malibu, LOVES palindromes. It also is the first day of the month and a WINsday at that—LETS GO.

I always take December to do three things. 1) FINISH strong; 2) REFLECT on year past; and 3) CREATE vision and plan for the coming year.

Successful people all have a similar delusional belief that regardless of the past the future is spotless. Therefore, as you create the vision and plan, do it with courage and hope for an increasingly bright tomorrow. That said, hope in and of itself is not sufficient to avail positive changes.

This is my simple formula for change.

HOPE is a catalyst.
VISION leads to vitality.
STRATEGY, TEAMWORK, and CONSISTENT EXECUTION bring about results.
