Last nights victory for the Milwaukee Buck’s highlights so much of what I believe about teamwork. Great teams exhibit the following characteristics:

1. They are all in on the mission and committed to doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes.
2. They have standards of performance and excellence.
3. They hold each other accountable to the standards and humbly appreciate everyone’s contributions regardless of their role, status, or level in the organization.

This is a case study I have seen repeated over and over and over. If you can instill these virtues into your organization, your chances of success go WAY UP.
