In everything we do at Love the Process, there are 4 distinct areas that we help people to clarify and grow.

1. What is your mission?  Mark Twain famously said, “The two most important days of your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why.”  This discovery process is so incredibly vital to your individual development.  While people come across their mission in a variety of ways, when they do, I can tell you that their life trajectory changes dramatically over time.

2. What do you believe?  We all have certain belief systems that inform us as to how we make decisions and the things we believe are true in this world.  I encourage you to seek the truth; those ideas that remain constant.

3. Who is on your squad?  The company you keep will determine the altitude that you fly.  A mentor of mine often told me, “You show me your friends, and I will show you your future.”

4. What are you doing?  Action is where all things are created.  We all get 1440 minutes each day.  Where we invest our time will have a huge impact on the outcomes that we achieve—either positive or negative.  Time is the most valuable resource that we have.  Learning to manage our time and our day in a productive way is vital to staying on mission.  We often need a solid accountability system to help ensure that we are executing on our time effectively.  What we measure matters.  Become a student of your calendar and remember that the graph will tell a story.  Where you spend your time will lead to your outcomes.  If you keep doing what you have been doing, you will keep getting what you have always gotten.

I hope some of these insights can help guide you into a massively successful 2022.  There is no doubt in my mind that there is something that each of us uniquely has to do next year—the only question will be who will actually DO IT?  Today is the first day of the rest of our lives, do not wait until January 1st—start TODAY.

Let’s GO!
