You have enough. So often we think that things fail or cannot succeed without a certain resource…like, money, time, connection, knowledge, etc. I am here to tell you, things rarely fail for a lack of resources, they fail for a lack of resourcefulness. Instead of focusing on where you may be lacking in resources, which you have very little control over, ask yourself “where can I be more resourceful.?” Who can you call; what can you learn; where can you go; how can you improve your mindset?

This is one of the hallmark qualities of Love the Process. We believe that if you have faith, work hard, take care of your squad, have clarity as to what you would like to become and do that with patience and passion long enough, then you will arrive at your destination.

Ask yourself, “Where am I in the journey? Am I clear on my vision? Am I putting in the work and consistently getting better each day? Do I have the best team to go after our goals?”

Consistently evaluate and make adjustments as necessary. That said, people are your greatest resource in the long run so be sure to be diligent, thoughtful, and confident in any changes you need to make. Don’t make the mistake of discounting relationships in lieu of potential short term gains. In the words of Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
